Tamil Nadu Police broke record in Indian Police Horse Racing Championship

Tamil Nadu: The 38th All India Police Equestrian Competition was held on 14.02.2020 at Gurhan, Haryana. The Tamil Nadu Police has not participated in this contest.

In this year, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Deshmukh Shekhar Sanjay IPS, the Tamil Nadu Police participated in the competition and won 3 medals and 1 trophy and broke a record. This is the first time in the history of Tamil Nadu Police that they are participating in such an event. In India, this is the first time that a female police officer is participating in the horse-riding competition and this is the first time in the history of Tamil Nadu Police that a female police officer from Tamil Nadu is participating and the pride goes to Mrs. Suganya of Tamil Nadu.
