Rachakonda: The sleuths of the CCS, LB Nagar team along with the Balapur Police of Rachakonda Commissionerate have made sincere efforts on 15.09.2020 and apprehended a one-night house burglary offender under suspicious circumstances at Balapur Shivaji Chowk at 5 am. On questioning, he revealed the details of his criminal history as mentioned below and confessed night house burglary offenses committed along with 4 other accused, A1, A3, A4 & A5. The case was filed with Cr.No.451/2020 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda.
The details of the accused are as follows:
A1-Kommani Srinivas @ Srinu S/o Late Hanumaiah, 30 years, Caste: SC Madiga, Occ: Tea stall vendor r/o Hasan Nagar, Attapur n/o Mailardharampally village of Vikarabad Mandal (Arrested in Cr. Nos: 667/2020 & 684/2020 of Jawahar Nagar PS and sent him to judicial remand
A2-Dontula Mahesh Chand S/o Late Bhaskar Age: 20 Yrs., Occ: Band Master, R/o Block No.22, G-172, Singareni Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad
A3-Rachakonda Karthik S/o- Ravi Age- 25 years Caste- gouds Occ- Private electrician R/o LN Colony Ramanthapur near Modern Bakery Gally. Hyderabad. No Video Village Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri District. (Arrested in Cr. Nos: 667/2020 & 684/2020 of Jawahar Nagar PS and sent him to judicial remand
A4-Bandigolla Vijay Kumar @ Vijay S/o-Devaian (Late) Age – 25 years Occ – Bus driver (Sri Krishna Company Uppal) Caste- SC Mala Ro- Near Big Bazar Lane Rent House Tarnaka, Hyderabad. N/o Kodur Village Elkapalli Mandal, Suryapet District. (Arrested in Cr. Nos: 667/2020 & 684/2020 of Jawahar Nagar PS and sent him to judicial remand.
A5-Kommani Kasthuri w/o Srinivas, Age: 26y, Occ: Housewife, Caste: SC Madiga R/o Hasan Nagar, Attapur, Rajendra Nagar (Absconding)
The accused persons confessed to the police in doing crimes in the 10 cases that were filed against them.
The brief history of the accused: The offender Dontula Mahesh alias Chintu is an old offender. Earlier he was arrested by Hyderabad and Cyberabad police in property offenses. The accused A1-Kommani Srinivas alias Srinu who is also an old offender and distance relative to Dontula Mahesh alias Chintu. The accused Kommani Srinivas is a gang leader used to gathers old offenders and form a team. The main aim of this gang is to gain easy money by committing house burglaries. Accused Dontula Mahesh alias Chintu was previously involved in property offenses.
The accused persons used to consume alcohol before going to offenses. Kasthuri (A1 wife) used to receive in isolated colonies during day time and shows locked houses to the gang On that information A1 to A4 will proceed to those colonies on Scooty and Bike and commit offenses breaking the main door lock and commits theft.
Under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat, Commissioner of Police and Mr. G. Sudheer Babu Addl. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, with the guidance of Mr. Sunpreet Singh, DCP LB Nagar Zone Sri. P. Yadagiri, DCP Crimes, and under the supervision of Mr. D. Srinivas, Addl. DCP Crimes. The following CCS LB Nagar team involved in the detection of (11) Cases, i.e. Insps Mr. B. Naveen Reddy, Mr. P.Venkateshwarlu, Mr. AV Ranga, Mr. M. Mahesh, DI Madhu Kumar and Team of Jawaharnagar PS, SI Mr. Md. Masiuddin, ASI’s Mr. G. Venkat Swamy, Mr. T. Yadi Reddy, HC’s, Mr. A Anand Kumar, Sri R Thasleem, and PC N. Prasad Reddy of CCS LB Nagar along with Balapur Police apprehended the offender.
