Rachakonda: National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India has announced awards to the best performers who did an excellent job with regard to CCTNS/ICIS during the last one year. Based on the quality of data entered and usage of the application, a high-level team has assessed and selected the best police officers from the 29 States and Union Territories for the said awards. Women Police Constable Officer 7917 Ms. D. Shiva Rani working at Uppal Police Station of Rachakonda Commissionerate has been selected as Best Performer and awarded with a National level NCRB award for her excellent performance in entering data and usage of CCTNS/ICIS.
Today during the occasion of a valediction of 2 days National Conference on Crime and Criminal Tracking Networking System (CCTNS) and Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICS), the Union Home Secretary Mr. Ajaykumar Bhalla, IAS and Special Secretary (Internal Security) Mr. VSK Kaumudi, IPS along with NCRB Director Mr. Ram Phal Pawar, IPS announced the award and congratulated the said WPCO Ms. D. Shiva Rani virtually through Webinar Ms. D. Shiva Rani did her M.Tech and enlisted as Police Constable in the year 2017.
She has been working at Uppal Police Station since 2018 and working as a Tech Team member and achieved this great achievement with her continuous hard work and dedication. Further, the Rachakonda Commissionerate is performing better in making quality data entry and using the CCTNS and ITS applications for the last three years and stood at the top in the state in many fields of CCTNS and other IT applications. The CP, Additional CP, and senior officers at all levels as a continuous practice, monitoring of IT activities on daily basis.
On the glorious moment, the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat IPS, the Addl. Commissioner of Police Mr. G.Sudheer Babu, IPS, DCP Malkajgiri Ms. Rakshita Krishna Murthy, IPS, and all the senior officers of Rachakonda Commissionerate congratulated the WPCO Ms. D.Shivarani of Uppal Police Station for bringing laurels to the Rachakonda Commissionerate at the national level through her hard work and devotion towards her duties and wish her more such achievements and awards.
