Pulwama: IGP Kashmir Mr. Vijay Kumar IPS said the encounter has started at the Chandgam area of Pulwama. 3 terrorists belonging to terror outfit JeM including 1 Pakistani national have been killed. The Police and security forces have recovered incriminating materials, arms, and ammunition including 2 M-4 carbines and 1 AK series rifle.
