Thoothukudi: Inspector of Southern Police Station Mr. Rajaram, headed by Assistant Inspector Mr. Sivakumar, and the police, on 6.9.2022, while on patrol, caught people standing suspiciously in the area of Tuticorin to Tiruchendur Road under the Southern Police Station limits and questioned them Makan Letchumanan (A) Letchumanan (35) of Tuticorin Teacher Colony area, Tuticorin. It was revealed that Dhanapandi’s son Selvaganesh (22) belonging to Annanagar area intercepted a person who was coming to the area and demanded money and threatened to kill him by showing a knife. Immediately, they arrested the said Thoothukudi criminals Makan Letshumanan (A) Letshumanan and Selvaganesh.
