Jaipur, Rajasthan, October 13, 2025: A new era has begun in India’s justice system with the implementation of the new criminal laws — symbolizing a stronger, more transparent, and responsive legal framework. Under the Indian Penal Code, 2023 (Section 48), inciting or causing a crime to be committed from outside the country is now a punishable offense. Borders may have changed, but responsibility remains the same.
The Rajasthan Police proudly upholds this new legal framework, emphasizing speedy and transparent justice. To promote public awareness and understanding of the judicial reforms, a special exhibition on the new criminal laws will be organized at JECC, Jaipur, on Monday, October 13, 2025.
The event will be inaugurated in the august presence of the Hon’ble Shri Amit Shah, Union Home Minister, Government of India, as the Chief Guest. The exhibition aims to help citizens understand the new identity of justice and the progressive direction of legal reforms in the country.
