Wayanad: Three additional individuals have been apprehended by the police in relation to the Pulpally altercation that occurred during the hartal in Wayanad District. The arrested individuals include Babu (47) from Bhagavathiparam, Pakkam, Shebin Thangachan (32) from Patichira, Marakadav, Urumbilkarot, and Jitin (20) from Karot, Patichira, Marakadav, Urumbilkarot. Their arrest was conducted on charges of unlawful assembly, obstruction of official duties, and public vandalism. Earlier, Vasu, a resident of Pulpalli, and Shiju, from Kurichipatta, were apprehended in connection with the damage to the forest department’s vehicle.
