Bathinda, Punjab, May 16: In a continued effort to combat the menace of drug abuse, the Bathinda Police organized a drug awareness seminar at the Truck Union Bathinda, under the leadership of SP Investigation Bathinda and DSP City-2 Bathinda.
During the seminar, officers urged the public to stay away from drugs and extended a call for community cooperation in supporting police efforts to eliminate drug-related activities. A medical team from Police Lines Bathinda was also present and highlighted the severe health hazards associated with drug use.
In addition, the Traffic Education Cell conducted a session emphasizing the importance of adhering to traffic rules, promoting safety and responsible driving.
The event was attended by SP Investigation Bathinda, DSP City-2, Medical Officers, and the Traffic Incharge Bathinda, reflecting the police department’s integrated approach towards public safety and awareness.
