Himachal Pradesh: In a significant breakthrough, the Himachal Pradesh Police have successfully arrested a long-time absconder who had been evading justice for the past seven years.
The accused, originally hailing from Nagaland, was initially arrested in 2017, but was later declared a Proclaimed Offender (P.O.) in 2018 after failing to appear before the court.
Demonstrating perseverance and effective tracking, the Himachal Police traced and apprehended the accused, bringing an end to a seven-year-long manhunt. This arrest highlights the department’s unwavering commitment to ensuring accountability and upholding the rule of law.
