Hyderabad City, Telangana, June 8, 2025: Sri C.V. Anand, IPS, Director General & Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, visited the Exhibition Grounds at Nampally to review the security arrangements during the annual distribution of the traditional Fish Prasadam.
This well-attended event, rooted in local tradition and faith, drew an estimated crowd of over 1.5 lakh people. Approximately 50,000 tokens were issued in advance to help manage the flow of attendees efficiently and to ensure that the event proceeded in an orderly and safe manner.
Commissioner C.V. Anand personally inspected various securities, crowd control, and public service measures implemented at the venue. Special focus was given to traffic management, deployment of police personnel, surveillance systems, first-aid facilities, and emergency response readiness.
The Hyderabad City Police coordinated closely with civic agencies and organizers to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the event, which attracts participants from across the country.
