Mysuru City, Karnataka, June 10, 2025: In a proactive effort to strengthen law and order, Mysuru City Police conducted an extensive vehicle inspection and area patrol on the evening of June 10 across key locations within the Mandi Police Station limits, including Sunnichowka, Pulakeshi Road, Kantaraj Park, Ashoka Road, and surrounding deserted areas.
Police officers and staff actively checked vehicles, addressed minor offences on the spot, and ensured visible policing in areas prone to suspicious activity. The drive also included interactive outreach with the public, where officers raised awareness about chain snatching, online fraud, and other forms of cybercrime.
Residents were encouraged to remain vigilant, report any suspicious behaviour, and avoid sharing sensitive personal information online. Leaflets and verbal instructions were issued to educate the public about precautionary measures and reporting mechanisms.
