Jharsuguda: The Jharsuguda SP Mr. Rahul P.R. IPS said we are sad to inform you that our COVID warrior SI Mr. Raj Kishore Samad of Jharsuguda district made the supreme sacrifice on 8.9.2020. He was posted in Badmal Police Station and was at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19.
He was tested Corona positive around 2 weeks back and was admitted to District COVID hospital and succumbed to respiratory complications in the afternoon on the same day. A native of Mayurbhanj district, the 41-year-old officer joined Odisha Police in 2011. He will remain a beacon of inspiration for his colleagues for the years to come.
