Prakasam: Mr. Gautam Sawang IPS, DGP appreciated Prakasam Police for their exemplary use of technology in tracing the person who was reported to be suicidal and the swift response in rescuing, counseling, and admitting him to a hospital. The Police were alerted by a car rental owner who did not receive the rented vehicle on time from the victim. He called the victim who informed him that he was going to die by suicide due to his family arguments. The Police quickly acted on this information and saved the man.
