Rachakonda: Today, on the eve of centenary birth anniversary of Mr. P. V. Narsimha Rao, former Prime Minister of India, Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda and Mr.Sudheer Babu IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda paid tributes to the visionary leader at CP Office, Rachakonda. Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS stated that Mr. P.V. Narsimha Rao is a man of intellect knowing 9 languages and that his tenure is a watershed in Indian economic development when the suspended the license raj and opened up the economy.
Mr. Sudheer Babu IPS called him the pride of Telangana and he as a student leader itself was a staunch supporter of the Telangana movement and had a deep thought for Telangana which later on paved the way for the emergence of Telangana as a separate state. DCP Malkajgiri Ms. Rakshitha Murthy IPS, Additional DCP Admin Ms.Shilpavalli IPS, ACP Kushaiguda, ACP Sb, Inspector Mr. Neredmet and staff of CP office attended the program.
