Rachakonda, Telangana: In a strong display of inter-departmental coordination and high-level preparedness, a special review meeting was held today at the Global Summit venue, chaired by IT Minister Sridhar Babu along with Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mr. Sudheer Babu, IPS, and senior officers of all key departments.
During the inspection, IT Minister Sridhar Babu appreciated the meticulous arrangements being made under the leadership of the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate and stressed the importance of ensuring world-class standards for the international event. He instructed all departments to complete their assigned tasks by the 5th and conduct a full-scale dry run on the 6th to ensure a flawless execution.
He emphasized that the arrangements should enhance the global visibility of Telangana and leave a lasting impression on visiting dignitaries from various countries and states. He directed officers to maintain seamless coordination between all wings without allowing even the smallest lapse.
A detailed review was conducted on department-wise responsibilities and ongoing progress. Special focus areas included parking management, logistics, hospitality, and sanitation to ensure that all guests experience smooth, secure, and hassle-free participation.
The proactive planning and dedication of Rachakonda Police and district administration reflect the commitment of Telangana to host the Global Summit at international standards, projecting the state as a premier global destination.
