Srikakulam: During the Public Grievance Registration and Redressal Platform (For You) program held at the District Police Office on Monday, District Superintendent of Police Mrs. GR Radhika, IPS, personally interacted with the public to address their grievances. Mrs. Radhika attentively listened to each complaint, assured the citizens that their issues would be thoroughly investigated, and committed to resolving them completely. She emphasized the importance of immediate action and directed that the details of each complaint be promptly forwarded to the relevant police officers. Legal action was to be taken swiftly to ensure justice for the victims. Additional Superintendents of Police, G. Prem Kajal and V. Uma Maheswara Rao, were also present at the event, actively participating in receiving and processing the grievances alongside Mrs. Radhika. The presence of these senior officers highlighted the administration’s commitment to addressing public concerns effectively and efficiently.
