Nalgonda, Telangana: In a thoughtful initiative aimed at enhancing staff welfare and operational readiness, District Superintendent of Police Shri Sharath Chandra Pawar, IPS, personally distributed woolen jackets, raincoats, jungle patches, and kit bags to Home Guards and Special Party staff. This initiative is designed to ensure that personnel remain comfortable and well-equipped while carrying out their duties during the rainy and winter seasons.

Speaking on the occasion, SP Shri Sharath Chandra Pawar emphasized that the police department is committed to looking after the welfare of all personnel, including Home Guards who play a vital role in maintaining discipline and supporting frontline policing. He assured that such welfare measures are being prioritized so that staff can perform their duties efficiently without facing hardships due to weather conditions.

This initiative has been widely appreciated, as it not only strengthens the morale of the force but also reflects the police leadership’s concern for the wellbeing of every member of the department.

With dedicated efforts like these, the district police continue to set an example of people-friendly and staff-supportive policing.
