Jamui, Bihar | May 2025: In a significant breakthrough against Naxal activities, the Bihar Special Security Battalion (SSB) and Jamui District Police conducted a joint operation leading to the arrest of Manoj Hansda, a wanted Naxalite, under the jurisdiction of Charkapathar Police Station.
The accused, Manoj Hansda, has a history of involvement in extremist activities, with three Naxal-related cases already registered against him. His apprehension marks an important step in ongoing efforts to dismantle Naxalite networks and ensure peace in the region.
Authorities confirmed that Hansda was under surveillance and was captured as a result of coordinated intelligence and swift action by the security forces. Further investigation is underway to uncover additional links and associates involved in Naxalite operations.
