Hyderabad: On 26-09-2016 cases were registered on Drugs & Magic Remedies Act 1954 at Kanchan Bagh Police Station. This is a case of Criminal Conspiracy, Attempt to murder, wrongful confinement, criminal intimidation, Adultery, and Unnatural offense in the guise of magic treatment and contravened the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual offenses act Juvenile Justice Act, wherein the accused is a black magician & the mother of the victim boy conspired each other had kidnapped and confined the victim boy aged (9) years at the house of the black magician located at Hafeez Baba Nagar Hyderabad where they both brutally, ghastly, mentally, physically and sexually tortured him so as to kill him in order to erase the evidence of their illicit relation, which occurred in the limits of Kanchanbagh Police Station.
In this case, Mr. N.Nagesh, Sub Inspector of Police, Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad was investigating officer who arrested the accused and collected all the evidence. In this case, the mother of the victim with an evil intention approached a black magician with him to gain unnatural powers. In this regard, she developed illegal intimacy with the black magician. The victim boy noticed the relation. On that both the black magician and the boy’s mother tortured and attempted to kill him by stabbing the victim boy with a sharp Razorblade on the back, stomach, foot fingers, pressed the throat, poured hot water kept in nude condition for several hours, and days by kneeling downing him with the knees in the late-night hours, poured lit candle hot wax drops on the lower underarm vital parts( penis and scrotal sack) inserted several times middle finger into the anus, by tying hands and legs with ropes keeping him on the chair, and veil his eyes and mouth with the thick cloth in front of his mother, instructed her to shoot audio and video grapy, intoxicated unknown poisonous leaves powder and oil got and kept his children in death fear.
The Charge Sheet was filed on 29-06-2018 before the Honble 1st Additional MSJ Court, Nampally, Hyderabad. In this case, the Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Pratap Reddy attended the Court. Both the accused were convicted for life by the Hon’ble Court on 22-07-2020.In this case, IO SI Mr. Nagesh of Kanchan Bagh Police station bagged Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Investigation for this case and brought a good name to the Hyderabad City Police of Telangana State and Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City.
